Fruit Dip

If you go to any BBQ's, picnics or potlucks this summer, choose a treat that is tasty but on the healthy side. After asking some friends and family I found that most fruit dips out there consist of marshmellow cream, cream cheese, sugar, juice concentrate, etc. I wanted to make something a little more guilt free but still great tasting. Not only great tasting but quick and easy too! Check out this dip and tell me what you think!

Fruit dip
1     C Greek Yogurt (Vanilla/Honey/Plain)
1/4  C Almond Butter
2     T Honey
1      t Pumpkin Pie Spice (if you don't have any you can leave out or just add cinnamon)

Fold everything together. Chill until ready to serve.

I have found that it is thick enough to stay on the fruit pretty well. But it is not so think that it is hard to eat. My family has discovered that it tastes great on many things. I think apples are the number one fruit to put it on but try it out and see what you like best.
